This Gakupo is a little hard to work, so I’ll explain. First you need to go here http://code.google.com/p/shimeji-ee/ and download the Shimeji-ee.zip, which is the second link. After you open it you want to download Gakupo here http://www1.axfc.net/uploader/Sc/so/366515.zip His password is: shimejipo
Once you unzip his img file you want to drag it into the img folder of the Shimeji-ee file you just downloaded. After you put Gakupo’s img into the Shimeji-ee’s img folder you can load him up by either clicking the Shimeji-ee.exe, Shimeji-ee.jar, or the Shimeji-ee.bat

Shimeji-ee desktop has a simple interface, and users can easily customize the animation of their desktop buddies by simply right-clicking on the mascot. Right-clicking the character will bring multiple options from which you can choose what to do with the character.
